All ratings listed are 10-hour uniform loading service. See page 101 for appropriate service factors.

When the input shaft runs at 1750 RPM, at least 1/10 HP motor should be used, as 1/20 HP is requires to run this unit when warm and 1/6 HP is required to start it when cold. (No load in either case as in a timing unit.)
